Hallmark Leadership Initiative is a locally led humanitarian and development organization based in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Since 2015, we have worked alongside communities affected by conflict and inequality, combining direct support with local capacity, advocacy and stronger grassroots institutions.

With funding from OASIS, HALI supported girls from IDP camp settings in Mafa, Jere and Konduga to transition from non-formal safe-space learning into formal schools.
