2025 change story
In Abbaganaram, HALI combined dialogue with parents and community leaders, out-of-school coaching, mentoring and transition tracking to address barriers that kept adolescent girls out of school.
The SPA II report records reduced resistance to girls’ education, increased registration in coaching classes and sustained attendance after girls returned to formal learning.

HALI provided seed grants to five Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and brought the partners together to review achievements, share learning and reflect on their work under the NHF Project.
With support from OASIS, HALI helped 138 girls from displacement-affected communities in Jere and Mafa transition from non-formal safe-space learning into formal schools.
HALI and OASIS supported 300 adolescent girls across four schools, helping learners continue their education with practical school support.
