Under this CBPF/NHF-funded project, HALI delivered cash/voucher assistance to 107 leprosy-affected households alongside assistive devices, accessibility upgrades, and OPD capacity building.  The Assignment  HALI seeks a consultant to conduct an independent Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of the CVA component.
