INTRODUCTION
Hallmark Leadership Initiative (HALI) is a national non-profit and humanitarian organization based in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. HALI implements development and humanitarian interventions in Protection, GBV, Child Protection, Education, Livelihoods, Food Security, MHPSS, EORE, and Community Resilience across Northeast Nigeria. HALI hereby invites reputable, competent, and duly registered companies, suppliers, consultants, and service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for inclusion in its Vendor Database for the provision of various goods and services for its recently secured Nigerian Humanitarian Fund (NHF) project titled Strengthening Disability-Inclusive Humanitarian Assistance in Maiduguri and Jere LGAs of Borno.
CATEGORIES OF GOODS & SERVICES
Interested vendors may apply under one or more of the following categories:
A. SUPPLY OF GOODS
- Assistive Devices (Wheel chairs, Crutches, Walkers, Hearing aids White canes, skincare products for albino skin, e.t.c.)
- Food items (dry rations & fresh produce)
- Non-Food Items (NFIs)
- Dignity kits & hygiene materials
- Office stationery & consumables
- ICT equipment (laptops, printers, cameras, networking devices)
- Furniture (office & training furniture)
- Construction materials
- Fuel supply
- Medical supplies (MDT (Multi-Drug Therapy) Medical Service Delivery/ supporting drug)
- Training materials
B. PROVISION OF SERVICES
- Catering services
- Vehicle hire & transportation including flight booking
- Printing, branding & media services (Large-print posters and leaflets for persons with low vision, Braille materials with key messages on safety, rights, and services, Audio IEC content with recorded messages on USB/SD cards or via community dissemination, Pictorial and easy-to-read materials for persons with intellectual or communication impairments, e.t.c.)
- Consultancy services (Provide multi-drug therapy (MDT) treatment, Training of OPDs, Training of Frontline Workers, GBV, M&E, Safeguarding, Livelihoods, Research, etc.)
- Event management
- Security services
- Cleaning services
- Construction & rehabilitation works (Accessibility Construction & Facility Upgrades)
- Internet & ICT services
- Financial services
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors must submit the following documents:
- Certificate of Registration (CAC)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable)
- Company profile (including key personnel)
- Evidence of similar past contracts (minimum of 2)
- Bank account details
- Valid means of identification of company representative
- Contact address, email, and phone numbers
Consultants must provide:
- Updated CV
- Relevant certifications
- Evidence of similar assignments
